We have put together the most frequently asked questions of our customrs regarding billing and payment.
1. How much do I have to pay for the Ayee Gallery?
The Gallery "Limited 100" costs € 2.90 per month and you can display up to 100 items in your gallery. The Gallery "Unlimited" costs € 9.90 per month—you can use all of the functions without limits.
2. How can I pay?
You can pay with PayPal, ClickandBuy or via wire transfer to Ayee’s bank account. You can find the necessary bank details under the "Administration" in the Account menu.
3. Can my bill be paid by direct debit from my bank account?
An essential component of the contract between you and Ayee is the payment of any fees that are due via wire transfer or PayPal. Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to accept any other form of payment.
4. How will I receive my bill?
Your bill will be sent to you via email. You also have the option to access your bill in the main menu under the menu point "Administration" underneath "account". Here you can take a look at the current balance of your account.
5. When will my gallery be blocked?
As long as you maintain a fee-based gallery, you have 10 days in which to settle all of your bills. Should this deadline pass without and communication from your part, we will be forced to block further access to the gallery until such time as payment is received.
6. Why is my Ayee Gallery blocked?
There can be various reasons as to why your Ayee Gallery is blocked. In most of theses cases, access to your account is blocked due to non-payment of the account fees. If your gallery is still blocked, despite making punctual payments, please contact our Support team immediately.
7. What should be entered in the field for purpose when paying via wire transfer?
When making a wire transfer, please enter the Ayee User Name and Invoice Number, which can be found und "administration" in the Account menu, in the field indicating purpose for the transfer. This enables a quick and trouble-free processing of your payment.
8. Can I access my account and billing information online?
Your account balance can be accessed from the main menu under the menu item "administration" under "account".
