Trustee Live was developed specifically for eBay and can only be used with eBay. It is a central text management tool for your item listings once they have gone live onto eBay.

Trustee Live makes it possible to save all your listings information at a central location store. This makes it possible if necessary, to change this information should the need arise. Our ability to change your listing details is however subject to eBay’s listing rules. These stipulate items which have already been bid on or items ending in the next 12 hours can not be changed.

Prerequisites for the use of live Trustee:
Within the HTML code of the eBay item there must already be Ayee Key TAGs. This is the case if the listing has been designed with an Ayee model or it can be input manually.

Trustee Live is available for the following 4 text areas:
Returns, Conditions of Sale, Contact information and Delivery information. Delivery information is further split across four boxes and the information in all of these can also be amended.

Once you are in the logged into the Trustee area changes can be made. It should be noted changes can not be made to the product description or the gallery..Changes to the other categories will only come into effect once you click apply.

Each article which is changed is charged at € 0.05. This is a flat rate an does not increase or decrease depending on how many you change or the nature of the change.

Trustee Live is only available as part of the "Bundle II" package.
