Most likely, there is no navigation feature installed in your gallery. Instructions on how to install navigation features in your gallery can be found here.

It is possible that an incorrect image source was entered during the basic set up of your gallery. Check the entered image source located in the function Setup.

When the contrast between the font colour and the background colour is not strong enough, you need to choose a different font colour or background colour.

There can be several reasons why new items do not display in your gallery.

Your gallery is automatically updated four times per day by our system. If you want to update your gallery immediately after adding a new item, choose "update" from the main menu.

New items are automatically sorted by the established categories. Check rules in place, which govern the sorting of items in your gallery.

If you change your eBay password, you have to unlock your gallery using the new password by going to the menu item setup.
